The Still Point

Where you stop spinning and make a decision.

This is an offer for founders stuck at a fork in the road.

Maybe it’s a rebrand, a pivot, or a "Do I keep going?" moment.

Help for when you can’t find the calm you need to make the decision.

You know what you should probably do. You just can't make yourself do it.

Maybe it's a rebrand you keep redesigning in your head, but you never ship it. Maybe it's the question of whether to bring on a partner, or (shh…) whether to keep going at all. It’s been on your mind, spinning around, for weeks. Maybe months.

You've journaled about it. Talked it through with your partner or a friend over wine. Listened to the podcasts, read the threads, drank all the coffee, ate all the snacks. Decided you would "just decide" a thousand times, but your thoughts are swimming through jello and you’re no closer to an answer.

You used to just trust your gut on things like this, but right now you’re second-guessing everything. And you can't tell if that's burnout talking, or your actual reality.

I’ve been there.

The Shift

Here's what I've learned, the hard way:
You can't think clearly about a big decision from inside the spin.

Not from panic, not from exhaustion, not from three months of turning the same three options over and over. Calm has to come first. Clarity comes after. Never the other way around.

Most business coaching skips straight to strategy: Frameworks, worksheets, 90-day plans. But if you're not calm enough to think straight yet, a framework just gives you more to spin on.

So we start with calm. Then we get clear. Then you decide.

Here’s what happens:

The Decision Session is one sitting. 90 minutes to half a day, depending on what you're facing. Live, one-on-one, in a video call (or possibly in person, if we’re geographically close enough).

There’s no homework before. No worksheets during. No 12-week program after.

Calm

We start by getting you calm enough to actually think. This isn’t an add-on, but part of how the session works.

Analysis

Then we get specific about the one thing you're stuck on. Not your whole business, but this one fork in the road.

Clarity

We think it through together. You leave with an actual decision, not a framework to apply later.

Implementation

You also leave having chosen at least one first step to take, to implement the decision you made.

I built a company from my kitchen table — Plant Apothecary, an organic skincare line — and ran every part of it for eight years (2012–2019): formulating, manufacturing, packaging, marketing, trade shows, all of it. We brought in USD $2 million in the last two years, with placement at Ulta Beauty, Target, Nordstrom, Selfridges, Le Bon Marché, Merci Paris, museum shops, and lots of cool little lifestyle shops across the US and EU.

I'd love to tell you it ended cleanly. It didn't. My then-husband and I disagreed on strategy more than we agreed, I was burned out beyond recognition, and the business was straining our marriage, so I called it. I was willing to walk away with nothing, if that's what it took.

We found a buyer instead, in 2019. I was supposed to stay on as creative director for two years and hit a bonus target. Six months in, the buyer’s sales team missed the number, and I was let go. Ouch. But I don’t regret my decision, though it was a tough one. I’m way better off now.

So no, I don't have a tidy success story. What I have is real experience making the kind of decision you're circling right now — under pressure, with real stakes, and without a clean outcome guaranteed. I'm not here to hand you a framework I read about. I'm here because I've actually sat where you're sitting, and I’ve learned a lot about how to navigate those waters.

I’m now a certified breathwork coach and life coach, and I regularly advise startups and small brands on strategy, communications, and design. This offer came out of that work.

Why me?

Who this is for

You run a product or creative brand you started yourself.

You're stuck on one specific decision — not "how do I grow," but a real fork in the road.

You've already tried to think your way out of it alone, and it hasn't worked.

This isn't for you if you're looking for a growth strategist or a system to run your business by. That's not what this is, and I'll tell you so myself if it's not the right fit.

The Investment

$250–$600 per session, depending on length (90 minutes to 4 hours) and complexity.

This is a complete offer. One session, one decision. No pitch for a bigger program waiting at the end.

Are you ready?
Stop spinning and make that decision.
